Hi! My name is Angela and I started TWS back in 2015. 

My career in HR started over 18 years ago spanning across many industries and sizes of organisations from less than 5 staff right up to well over 300 staff spread across the country. My career covered every aspect of HR from recruitment, payroll, worker's compensation, WH&S, training & development, industrial relations and all areas of the employment relationship.

 

I've recruited front-line positions right up to CEO’s of organisations and everything in between. 

I am passionate the difference HR Management can make to the success of a business. I love to see our clients have successes and celebrate every bit as much with them as if it were our own.

 

For most people, HR is thought of as only what big businesses have. But I strongly believe that the HR frameworks are the same no matter the size of business, and that small businesses and small not-for-profit organisations deserve and can have the same successes from that same HR expertise.

Why do I do what I do?

I am a small business owner myself, so I know how tough it can be. You don't need to do it alone. I want to share my knowledge to help you succeed.
